Terms of Service

By accessing or using PrepFunda ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access PrepFunda.

You may use PrepFunda for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to: • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute PrepFunda's content without permission • Share Premium account credentials with others • Use the platform to spam, harass, or harm other users • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform • Upload copyrighted content without authorization

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use Google Sign-In for authentication — your PrepFunda account is linked to your Google account. Notify us immediately at support@prepfunda.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Premium plans are billed monthly (₹999/month) or annually (₹4,999/year). Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. No refunds after 7 days except in cases of technical failure. Price changes: We will notify subscribers 30 days in advance of any price changes.

All content on PrepFunda — including question banks, video lectures, formula sheets, and software — is owned by PrepFunda or its content providers and is protected by copyright law. Free content may be used for personal study. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.

By participating in PrepFunda Community Rooms, you agree to: • Be respectful and constructive in all interactions • Not post spam, offensive content, or illegal material • Not share copyrighted exam papers without authorization • Credit sources when sharing third-party content Violation may result in removal from community rooms or account suspension.

Mentor sessions are 15-minute Google Meet calls with PrepFunda mentors. Sessions must be booked in advance and cancelled at least 2 hours before start time for rescheduling. No-shows are counted as used sessions. PrepFunda is not liable for technical issues during sessions outside our control (network failures, etc.).

PrepFunda is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that content is error-free, complete, or up-to-date. GATE results depend on individual effort and preparation — we do not guarantee any specific rank or outcome.

PrepFunda's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
